The USCIS has indicated that VAWA, U, and T applicants need to take additional steps when filing for a change of address. Normally, noncitizens need only complete an AR-11 form (available on the USCIS website). However, for VAWA, U, and T applicants, it is necessary to contact the Vermont Service Center directly.
